- After some last-minute networking snafus, we got the meeting started. The presentation tonight was on hacking the Seagate Dockstar device (a stripped-down Pogoplug ). Shay showed slides describing how to hook up a serial port to the Dockstar, and then on how to load Debian Linux on it. Next, Joey showed how to use sshfs to access files on a remote server that you have ssh access to. This works with anything that you have ssh access to, including the Dockstar and FreeNAS. We had some new faces in the crowd, but I didn't get names. There were 9 attendees present, including Louis' son.
